I always tear up when i hear this song. It has a very special meaning to me 

It was one of the last songs I was listening to as I left the hospital for the last time to visit my Grandpa who would pass away later that weekend. As I listened to it, in the car, I just cried about how much I wanted to Fix him. This song would always have a special meaning to me in my heart
